Grade/Salary ME 13 £40,755- £50,574 per annum. This post attracts a Market pay of £2,000 per annum.

- The candidate will be able to use their knowledge and experience of physiological changes that take place in older age and impact mental and physical wellbeing to inform their practice. As well as having opportunity to use their understanding of different functional mental illness, to develop Care and Support Plans which hold personalisation as the central consideration
