Grade/Salary: ME15 £52,584 - £55,620 per annum
Merton Council is an award-winning Local Authority, implementing a series of major change projects, aimed at enhancing services provided to the local community whilst addressing legislative and efficiency challenges within the business through major Digital improvements.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis, working 4 days onsite a week at our Garth Road/Amenity Way depot, with 1 day remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the configuration and implementation of the Environmental Infrastructure Asset Management System: ALLOY, ensuring seamless integration and providing comprehensive training to all users.
Offer continuous support to Street Cleansing staff, addressing technical issues and enhancing system usability.
Conduct refresher training sessions and serve as the primary point of contact for Street Cleansing within the Business Systems Team (BST) to resolve operational issues.
Engage in future projects supporting other business areas, contributing to broader IT initiatives and cross-departmental solutions.
There will also be an opportunity to support other Business Systems such as: M3, Idox Cloud, Taranto (Parking PCN/Permits), 3sixty Environmental, ECINS, Exacom, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with integrations into back-office systems like MAYRISE/ALLOY and M3/Idox Cloud
Business analysis skills along with providing technical support for MAYRISE/ALLOY and managing small/medium sized projects are essential.

The ideal candidate will be self-starter and customer focused professional with experience of working in an IT systems support role within a large, complex business service. You will be experienced in analysing, developing and implementing solutions to challenging technical problems, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, participating in projects, and comfortable with communicating at both technical and business levels.
