Grade/Salary: ME11 - Up to £41,808 per annum (pro-rata for 9 months)
Merton Council is an award-winning Local Authority, implementing a series of major change projects, aimed at enhancing services provided to the local community whilst addressing legislative and efficiency challenges within the business through major Digital improvements.
We are looking for the following on an initial 9 month Fixed term Contract with potential to extend beyond this:
1 x IT Analysts (35 Hours a week)
1 x IT Analyst (21 Hours a week)
Experience in supporting business applications such as the following is preferable but not essential:
M3, Idox Cloud, MAYRISE/ALLOY, RingGo, 3sixty Parking, Taranto, 3sixty Environmental, ECINS, Exacom, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and integrations into back-office systems like MAYRISE/ALLOY and M3/Idox Cloud

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with relevant skills, experience and energy to support our existing systems and users across departments, whilst also being involved in exciting change projects as part of the council's IT transformation programme.
The ideal candidate will be self-starter and customer focused professional with experience of working in an IT systems support role within a large, complex business service. You will be experienced in analysing, developing and implementing solutions to challenging technical problems, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, participating in projects, and comfortable with communicating at both technical and business levels.
You will be joining a professional and friendly team with a diverse range of experience and knowledge.

We are situated in the Merton Civic Centre, which is opposite to Morden Underground Station on the Northern Line. We are also a 10-minute walk from Morden Road Tram Stop and both Morden South and South Merton Railway Stations, and are near Wimbledon, which is part of The London Borough of Merton.
