Early years and Childcare Officer

We are looking to recruit two experienced Early Years and Childcare Officers to work at Lavender Nursery in Mitcham. The successful candidates will

• hold a level 3 childcare qualification
• have recent experience of working in a childcare setting with children under 5.
• have knowledge and understanding of child development and the Early years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Experience of working with young children with SEND is essential as is the ability to work collaboratively with parents and carers, colleagues across Merton and external agencies. These posts require candidates who have skills which ensure that children are provided with a safe and stimulating learning environment

These roles are all year round positions, working 35 hours a week on a shift pattern.
